Who sees what
Everyone sees the organization's numbers. Individual detail is visible only to the person and to the managers and admins responsible for their team. Nobody is ranked, and nobody gets a score.

Roles are set by your workspace admins on the Members page. Truly Shipped staff don't browse workspace data; we open it only when you ask for support or to fix an incident, and when we do it through our own AI tools, each step is recorded in your workspace's AI activity log.
An AI assistant someone connects (see Use it from your AI assistant) sees exactly what that person sees, no more. What it reads goes to the assistant's provider.
