Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Beck Works, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Truly Shipped (“Truly Shipped” or “we”), and the organization that creates a workspace (“you”). Whoever accepts them for an organization confirms they can bind it.

  1. The service. Truly Shipped connects to the tools you authorize and reports on your teams' delivery and AI usage. We may improve or change features; we won't remove a core feature you pay for without 30 days' notice.
  2. Accounts. Workspace admins decide who gets access and what role they have. You're responsible for keeping member lists current and for what happens under your workspace's accounts. Tell us promptly at chris@trulyshipped.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  3. Your data is yours. You own the data your connectors bring in. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service for you, and we handle it as the Privacy policy describes.
  4. Your responsibilities. You confirm you're allowed to connect the tools you connect, and that you've told your people their work data will be reported on. You won't use Truly Shipped as the sole basis for decisions about a person's employment; its metrics are team context, not a performance score.
  5. Acceptable use. No reverse engineering, reselling, overloading the service, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, or using it to break the law.
  6. Plans and billing. Workspaces with up to 5 contributors and one team are free. Paid plans are priced per contributor as the Pricing page lists. Team and Business are paid by card through Stripe; Enterprise is billed as we agree in writing. Monthly plans are billed at the end of each month for that month's contributors. Yearly plans are paid upfront for a number of seats; if a later month has more contributors than seats, the extra seats are added and charged, prorated, for the rest of the year. Prices are in US dollars and don't include any taxes that apply. We give 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for you.
  7. Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing. It stays in effect until the end of the period you've paid for (a monthly plan's last month is billed at its end), and then the workspace moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted. Payments aren't refunded, including for unused time on a yearly plan or for seats added during the year, except where we charged you in error or the law requires it. If we close your workspace or stop offering the service for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.
  8. AI-written content. Digests are drafted by an AI model from your metrics. Every figure is computed, not written, and every claim cites its source, but check what matters before acting on it.
  9. AI assistants you connect. You can connect your own AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) to your account. It acts as you, with your role's access, and what it reads from the service goes to its provider under your agreement with them, not under these terms. You're responsible for the changes it makes on your behalf.
  10. Ending. You can close your workspace at any time by writing to us. We can suspend or close it for a serious breach of these terms or for unpaid fees, after notice where we reasonably can. On closure we delete your data as the Privacy policy describes; ask before closing if you'd like an export.
  11. Warranties. We provide the service “as is”. We'll do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  12. Liability. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 on the free plan.
  13. Changes. We'll post changes here and email admins 30 days before material ones take effect.
  14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both sides agree to their jurisdiction.
