Subprocessors
Two companies process customer data for Truly Shipped. We'll email workspace admins 30 days before adding another.
| Subprocessor | What for | Data involved | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, database, backups, the usage collector, email delivery and logs | All workspace data | United States (Ohio) |
| Anthropic | Writing the weekly digest | Team name, issue keys and types, story points, epic and initiative names, and computed metrics; no names or emails | United States |
GitHub, Atlassian (Jira) and Anthropic's Admin API are sources you connect, not subprocessors: we read from them with the access you grant.
